This dashboard provides a high-level overview of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) metrics. The top-line numbers show a total of 1063 observations (Maintenance, Workshop, and general QHSE) with a high Closed Obs % (84.3%) for QHSE observations. It tracks key safety indicators, including 10 Total Accidents, 23 HSE Alerts, and the number of Training Completed (10%) vs. Training Pending (90%). Other important metrics include 24 Issued Work Permit and 346 Total Overspeeding instances, providing a clear picture ofsafety and compliance performance.
HR Dashboard
This comprehensive dashboard provides high-level Human Resources metrics and statistics. Key data points include Total Employees (3456), broken down by gender, and the number of Terminated (435), Resigned (364), and End of Contract (235) employees. It tracks Employee Attendance by month, displays Payroll Salaries Statics (showing salary distribution over the year), and summarizes Employment Durations, Employee Age, and Salaries Ranking (with an average salaryĀ ofĀ $30,000).
HR Team Task & Performance Tracker
This tracker manages the task and performance status for an HR team for the year 2024. It lists specific Task Descriptions, the Assigned To person (e.g., Aman, Ahmed, Salman), and the Task Due Date. The main status report shows performance metrics: Completed On Time (23), Completed Late (3), Under Process (2), and Delayed (2). It also includes the Task Actual Closing Date and Completion Status with color-coding, allowing the team to effectively monitor progress against deadlines and quickly identify tasks that were completed late or areĀ underĀ process.
HR Improvement - Matrix Template
This matrix tracks the progress of various HR improvement projects and initiatives. It lists improvements like “Leaders development trainings” and “Employee handbooks awareness,” along with the Department, Duration in Days, Assigned To (e.g., Aman Khan, Arnold), and Completed %. Employee Job Satisfaction Matrix

Satisfaction is rated on a 1-4 scale, from Strongly Not Satisfied & Not Happy to Strongly Satisfied & Happy. The matrix provides individual scores for specific criteria like “How is your duty timing” and “Does your job keep you motivated,” and calculates the Satisfaction Score % for each individual and the satisfaction percentage for each criteria.
Employees Monthly Payroll Template
This detailed template is a comprehensive monthly attendance and payroll tracking system. It uses a grid to record the daily presence status for each employee, utilizing a legend for Present (P), Absent (A), Sick (S), Off Day (O), and Vacation (V). It lists the Payroll Rate per day for each employee and calculates the Total Present Days and the resulting Total Pay for the month. Emp Attendance Dashboard

This dashboard provides a visual overview of driver performance evaluation, highlighting the Top 4 Performers with their overall scores and performance ratings (e.g., Excellent, Good). The Employees Overall Performance chart breaks down the distribution of performance ratings (Poor, Satisfactory, Good, Excellent), with each category representing 25% of the total, suggesting a system for classifying or normalizing employee output.
Employee Contract Renewal Tracker

Jobs/Tasks Tracker
This template is a comprehensive Jobs/Tasks Tracker for a specific week, providing a status overview of 22 Total Assigned Jobs. The status is broken down as Closed (20%), Pending (29%), Delay (12%), Under Process (29%), and Cancelled (10%). Each job is tracked with its Job Priority (Normal, Urgent, Long Term), Opening Date, Plan Deadline, and Actual Deadline.
